Amazon Operational Platform (FBM)
Last updated: 18/02/2026
1. Purpose of the Service
Sitelicon Ecommerce Services (“Sitelicon”) provides an operational platform for authorised Amazon sellers to manage and execute Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) order workflows.
Access is granted exclusively to sellers that have a direct contractual agreement with Sitelicon. The application is not a self-service product open to the general public.
2. Authorisation and Access
Amazon data is accessed only with the seller’s express authorisation through the Amazon Selling Partner API OAuth system. Sitelicon does not access Amazon information without that prior authorisation.
The seller is responsible for revoking access from their Amazon account whenever they consider it appropriate.
3. Use of Data
The platform accesses only the data required to execute operational processes related to FBM orders. In particular:
- The delivery address is used solely to complete delivery of the order.
- The buyer’s email address and telephone number are not used for commercial purposes.
- Data is not used for marketing or information resale.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and Amazon Selling Partner API policies.
4. Sharing Information
The delivery address may be shared only with the carrier selected by the seller to complete the shipment.
It is transmitted through encrypted channels (TLS 1.2 or higher), never through insecure means such as email or manual files. No data is shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to shipment fulfilment.
5. Security
Sitelicon applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Role-based access control
- Multi-factor authentication
- Security-event logging and monitoring
- Vulnerability management and secure development
6. Seller Responsibilities
The seller is responsible for:
- Keeping their Amazon credentials secure
- Ensuring that the information provided is accurate
- Complying with applicable Amazon policies
7. Limitation of Liability
Sitelicon shall not be liable for:
- Incidents caused by failures in external systems, including Amazon, carriers or other third parties
- Misuse of the platform by the seller
- Interruptions caused by maintenance or circumstances beyond its reasonable control
8. Compliance with Amazon Policies
The platform operates in accordance with current Amazon Selling Partner API policies. Breach of those policies may lead to suspension of access.
9. Amendments
Sitelicon may update these terms when necessary to reflect technical, regulatory or Amazon policy changes.
