For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and all other current Spanish legislation, SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. states that it fully complies with personal-data protection law and the confidentiality obligations inherent in its activity.

SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. maintains an information-processing system under its ownership for management, communication and information purposes. The system is described in the corresponding Record of Processing Activities, through which Users may verify the status of their data.

The security measures described by SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. in its Record of Processing Activities apply to all assets in the information-processing system in which personal data is processed, in order to comply with current data-protection law.

All staff employed by SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. and its processors must comply with this legislation, particularly the duties and obligations applicable to their roles, including the duty of confidentiality as duly determined by SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L.

DATA COLLECTION:

Acceptance of these conditions requires the collection of data essential for providing the services, requested directly through forms or the website. At the time of collection, Users will be properly informed of their rights.

To keep the information in our processing system current and accurate, clients and Users are asked to notify us as soon as possible of any changes or corrections to their personal data.

EXERCISING RIGHTS:

SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. does not disclose personal data without the data subject’s express consent, which must be granted on each occasion. Data is disclosed only for the stated purpose and always with the User’s or client’s consent.

SUBMISSION OF CURRICULUM VITAE:

If a User submits a CV through our website or social media, the supplied data will be processed to include them in recruitment processes at the company. The applicant’s profile will be assessed to select the best candidate for the relevant vacancy.

The data will be kept for no more than two years and then erased, with confidentiality guaranteed both during processing and subsequent destruction. After that period, applicants wishing to continue participating in recruitment processes should send their CV again.

Please notify us in writing as soon as possible of any change so that your data remains up to date. During the CV retention period, data may be processed or communicated to companies in our group for the same purposes described above.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY:

Data collected in private communications between SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. and clients or Users will be treated as strictly confidential. SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. undertakes to keep personal data secret, safeguard it and adopt all measures necessary to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access in accordance with current law.

Information of any kind exchanged by the parties, agreed to be confidential or concerning the content of such information will also be confidential. Displaying data over the Internet does not constitute direct access to it unless the data subject has expressly consented on each occasion.

Users should not provide third parties with identification details, passwords or reference numbers supplied by SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. To preserve professional secrecy in all communications, clients and Users must not disclose confidential information to third parties.

CHANGES TO THE SECURITY AND DATA-PROTECTION POLICY:

SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. may amend its security and data-protection policy to reflect legislative or case-law developments, relevant codes of conduct or strategic corporate decisions. Amendments take effect on the date they are published on the SITELICON WEB PROJECTS S.L. website.
