COLLABORATION WITH THE SETTLEMENT OF THE SECTOR

Sitelicon Ecommerce Services worked closely with AliExpress through the Mentor Network, providing training and help to new vendors who wanted to start using the platform and take advantage of its advantages.

In particular with the support actions to help mitigate the impact of the COVID19 boat on national businesses, such as the suspension of the collection of the commission of sale of the products for two months, from April 18 onwards. Benefiting both the 6000 companies in Spain that already sell their products on the platform and those new sellers that join from now on. Of course, the benefit of not paying fixed expenses or opening commission is still maintained.

PROTECTION OF THE HEALTH OF OUR EMPLOYED

With the first measure of suspension of school activity in the Community of Madrid, from the direction of Sitelicon Ecommerce Services was made a decision to eliminate any contact that would increase a possible risk to health, both of employees and of their families and the rest of society.

On Wednesday, 11 March 2020, the offices were closed and all the team were requested to continue working from their homes.

It has also been indicated that until further notice all meetings, presentations, formations and events until further notice will be conducted in the next weeks on a virtual / online basis. By avoiding any professional contact with other people for the duration of the alert.

MAINTENANCE OF SERVICES

As the health of employees was protected, the continuity of the services offered to our customers has been a priority. The full team of workers is available and working on normal hours. No staff or hours reduction measures have been taken, even a new employee has been incorporated into the staff.

In these times of explosion in the demand for online purchase, our services are more essential to our customers, being their only way to get into many cases, so our commitment to continuity and intensity in our work is more firm than ever.

From Sitelicon Ecommerce Services we follow daily the evolution of the spread of COVID19 as well as the government measures being taken.
