Context

SITELICON ECOMMERCE SERVICES AS AN AGENT DIGITALIZER FOR DIGITAL KIT

Sitelicon Ecommerce Services has been working on the processes of digital transformation of the national business fabric for 16 years. It is our mission and our objective to accelerate the processes of digital transformation necessary to be able to enter into new stages of business development based on e-commerce.

The following services are available for the respective categories in the KIT DIGITAL programme.

• WEB SITIO. (Maximum aid €2,000)

• Solution 1. Web development under WordPress technology as a operating engine and content manager, with customization of design, structure and content. It is carried out within 7 weeks from the start of the project to the publication of the web. It includes both the services of analysis of information architecture and navigation, design, implementation and programming and loading of initial content. Price range between €2000 and €5000.

• Solution 2. Development of custom websites, custom programming. Projects developed with agile methodology by two-week sprints. Great customised developments. Key projects. 8 to 30 weeks of development. Price range between 5000 €and 50,000 €.

• ELECTRONIC TRADE. (Maximum aid €2,000)

• Solution 1. Development of online shops based on Shopify technology as a operating engine and content manager, with customization of design, structure and content. It is carried out within 8 weeks from the start of the project to the publication of the store and the sale of the products. It includes both the services of analysis of information architecture and navigation, design, implementation and programming and loading of initial content. It also includes the purchase and customization of a domain of its own. Price range between €2000 and €10,000.

• SOCIAL NETWORK MANAGEMENT. (maximum aid €2,500)

• Solution 1. the creation of a monthly publication calendar, with at least five post-month for 6 months. Price range between 800 €and 4000 €depending on the number of networks and post.

• Solution 2.creation of a custom sales network for the conduct of sales campaigns through social media ads (mainly Facebook / Instagram). Price range between €1500 and €3000.

• Solution 3. Global and ongoing management of social networks, calendars, ads, comprehensive management, crisis… Price range between €5000 and €2000 per month.

• CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND / OR PROVEDERS. (Maximum aid amount €4,000).

• Solution 1. Implementation, configuration, process automation and management for one year of the main management solution CRM, Hubspot, of which we are partners. Price 3500 €.

• BI AND ANALYTICAL. (Maximum aid amount €4,000).

• Solution 1. integration of data from multiple sources (up to six origins) is a single common database, with standardized and standardized information and data, for proper management and visualization through PowerBI and similar systems. Price range between €2000 and €6000.

• (maximum amount of aid 250 €/ user).

• Solution 1: Google Suite Implementation and Development for email management, files, virtual meetings, calendar, equipment and all the tools that Google Suite makes available. Price €250 per user (minimum two users).

• PROCESS MANAGEMENT. (maximum aid amount €6,000)

• Solution 1: Development of custom intranet for the management of custom internal processes. Up to 120 of custom programming development. Storage management, supply chain and replacement, automatic billing, sending of invoices or automatic communications to customers, online orders… Price range between €4,000 and €50,000

• CYBERSATURSATTLESS (maximum aid amount €125 / device).

• Solution 1.Password management system and high level data of security within companies through own security system developed by Sitelicon Ecommerce Services: Sitelicon Wallet. Price range between €50 and €300.

• PRESENCE RELEVANT ON INTERNET. (Maximum amount of aid €2000).

• Solution 1. SEO campaign development onpage and offpage. Keyword analysis, competence, status and results reports. 300 €per month for 8 hours of work per month.

• (maximum aid amount €2000).

• Solution 1. High and initial catalog development in a marketplace to select national or international. High of up to 20 product chips with detailed information. Mark management within the marketplace. Single 40-hour working solution to be done within 4-6 weeks.

KIT DIGITAL is a programme of financial aid for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation to promote the digitization of SMEs and self-employed with an allocation of €3.067 million through European funds Next Generation EU.

• INSURANCE. Maximum aid amount €125 / user

• CYBERSECURITY. Maximum aid amount €125 / device

The aid shall be of a maximum amount depending on the type of beneficiary requested by the DIGITAL KIT.

A. Small businesses (between 10 and 50 employees, not exceeding 50 employees). €12,000

B. Small or micro-enterprises (between 3 and 10 employees). €6,000

C. Small or micro-enterprises (between 1 and 3 employees, not exceeding 3 employees) and self-employment. €2,000

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DIGITAL KIT AID

• Be a small, micro-business or self-employed.

• To meet the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.

• Be in a position of discharge and have the minimum age established by call.

• Do not consider a company in difficulty.

• To be aware of tax obligations and to be in the face of social security.

• It is not subject to an outstanding recovery order from the European Commission which has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

• Not to incur any of the prohibitions provided for in Article 13.2 of the Act No. 38 / 2003 of 17 November 2003, General of Grants.

• Not exceeding the aid limit minimis (small).
